Attempted Murder San Jose North 12th St. California

San Jose Police Detective Aragon reports that on 12/3/05 at approximately 7:45pm, a gang related shooting occurred in the 700 block of N. 12th St. The victim and witnesses described the suspects as Hispanic with dark clothing and hooded sweatshirts. The shooter was described as wearing a black “Raiders” football jersey with the number “80” in grey, and had a unknown tattoo behind or under the right ear. The suspects fled in a waiting black Ford Thunderbird with tinted windows and a rear spoiler. I recently posted a comment a few months back it must of been deleted. I think anyone who knows something should say something. What if it was one of their loved ones. They would want the suspects brought to justice also.
