East Palo Alto Police Detective Dwayne Earles reports that on March 2, 2005 at approximately 2:00 pm, a 12 year-old female was walking in a field behind Ronald McNair School at 2133 Pulgas Avenue in East Palo
Alto. As she walked past a black male subject, the man grabbed her by a wrist and said he wanted to take her to his house. The victim broke free of the suspect’s grasp and was able to run away from the suspect. The composite drawing was drawn by an artist from descriptive information provided by the victim. The suspect is described as a black male, approximately thirty-years old. He is approximately 5’10” tall, with a skinny build. The suspect had dark brown hair (with slight graying) in an afro style. His face was pock marked with a scar under the left eye and a scar to the side of the right eye. He had a full beard that was dark in color with some graying. The suspect was last seen wearing a black puffy (down) jacket, dirty blue jeans, and black colored work boots.
