The San Jose Police Department is asking for Fugitive Watch viewers help in identifying the man in this photograph. Detective Ed Perea reports that on July 28th, 2003 this man robbed the Washington Mutual Bank on Saratoga Avenue in West San Jose. He said he had a gun and was last seen running from from the bank.
