The Escondido Police Department is currently seeking Angel Soto Torres on a warrant charging him with Murder. Detectives report that on June 7, 2003, at about 6:45 p.m., Escondido Police responded to a report of a shooting that had just occurred in the parking lot in the 700 block of E. Mission Ave. On arrival, officers found the victim, Anthony Ricardo Lindsay, age 23, shot in the driveway at the entrance to an apartment complex. The victim, who had suffered a gunshot wound to the body, was transported by paramedics to a local hospital; he was subsequently pronounced dead. Through witness interviews and evidence found during the investigation, the investigators learned that Angel Torres was the suspect. DOB 10/1/65

    I hope they find this coward. He killed my brother and thinks he got away with murder, little does he know he will get caught and will have to face his judgement. My nieces and nephew have to grow up without a father, my son never able to meet his uncle, my mother is still grieving from this loss. How could you do something like this. Your a coward!!!!!!!

    I can’t believe they still have not caught that SOB. I still can’t believe my friend was tooken from his family. Anthony was a great guy and would give his shirt off his back to help you. My heart still goes out to his kids and family.
