The San Jose Police Department is asking for Fugitive Watch viewers help in identifying the man in this photograph. Detective Mike Pomeroy reports that May 12th 2003, this suspect allegedly robbed the Summit National Bank on Tully Road in east San Jose. The Suspect was possibly splashed with RED DYE when a bank dye pack exploded.
