The San Jose Police Department is asking for Fugitive Watch viewers help in identifying the man in this police sketch. Detective Haidar reports reports that on Dec 7th, 2002 a police officer responded to a report of a suspicious person in the 2700 block of Cramer Circle in south San Jose.
