Robert Hernandez Gonzalez is currently being sought by the Union City Police Department on a warrant charging him with Murder. Detective Mike Ward reports that on April 12th 1982 Gonzalez is alleged to have shot a 38 yr old man in the Decoto District of Union City. The victim was struck twice in the chest and died of his wounds. Gonzalez has been a fugitive since this time and is still believe to be the bay area. Gonzalez is known to have used the alias Proctor William Rodgers and he has a tattoo of the name “Rachel” on his right forearm. DOB 6/10/46
