The California Department of Corrections and the Union City Police Department are currently seeking Manuel Joseph Baca, Sr. on a warrant charging him with Parole Violation. Detectives report that Baca is also wanted on a No Bail Allowed warrant for Narcotic Violations. He has allegedly absconded parole supervision and is now considered a Parolee-at-Large. He has tattoos of “VGD” on chest, “Decoto” on right arm, “Sharky” on left arm, “Norte” on abdomen. Baca has alleged gang affiliations and according to Union City Police he is to be considered dangerous.

The San Jose Police Department is asking for your help in identifying the man and woman in this surveillance video.  Detective Keith Mizuhara reports that on April 17, 2008 at about  9:45 p.m. two victims were walking in the are of South 34th Street near Shortridge Avenue.  According to the victims, these suspects were allegedly armed with a handgun and robbed the victims. The suspects were later captured on video at a store in the area of Alum Rock and South Jackson avenues.  The suspects were seen leaving the store in a small black sedan, similar to a Honda.
